    Many travel insurance plans have medical coverage for emergency medical expenses incurred while traveling. Seek medical attention right away if you or a travel companion gets an injury or sickness that can’t be helped with basic first aid or an over-the-counter medicine.   • What if there is a life or death emergency?
    You will need to submit a death certificate if the situation involves a deceased family member. In the case of a critically ill family member, a medical emergency letter from a healthcare professional outlining the critical condition and the necessity of your presence is required.

  • Should I place my credit cards on Travel Notification to prevent declines due to fraud alerts?
