Meet Our Founder
Born and raised in Chicago, Charlotte started her professional career and journey in the beauty industry as a local Model and Makeup Artist.
In 1986, Charlotte transitioned into the aviation industry, her experience in the travel industry spans several decades and includes roles as an International/Domestic Flight Attendant for major carriers such as Trans World Airlines (TWA) and American Airlines. Additionally, she served as a Corporate Flight Attendant for Ryan International and a Private Flight Attendant for Lex Air Gulf-Stream, where she managed travel for wealthy clients. Representing Flight Attendants of color within the private jet travel FBO circles, both domestically and abroad, was a unique and rewarding experience.
Throughout her career, she had the privilege of traveling the globe, experiencing diverse cultures, and building international connections. She has always felt the opportunity to see the world, while pursuing her professional passions was truly the highlight of her career.
In 2003, She hung up her Flight Attendant Wings, to become an entrepreneur, serving as the President and CEO of
“A Taylor-Made Affair" Event Planning Company. Charlotte's "Social Butterfly" personality and background were a natural fit for producing elegant upscale private events, corporate functions, and weddings. Additionally, Charlotte coordinated the Beverly Hills Modeling Troupe Fashion Shows and managed teams of models, hairstylists, fashion designers, makeup artists and photographers.
In 2006, she entered the Entertainment Industry as a Makeup Artist for the independent horror film “The Curse” as well as, an Associate Producer with Penne Films. After her first film experience, she created and produced various film and production projects. This included serving as Co-Executive Producer for the documentary “Racing Awareness” with Vision Films. In addition to working as a Publicist for the independent film “The Seedling” with Illumination Light Productions and representing the lead Actress, she also secured film sponsorships. Additionally, she collaborated with Ostrow & Co., as a Film Scout for USA markets and distribution. Charlotte also advertised and marketed the critically acclaimed film “Skins” in the US market. She was also the Co-Creator and Publicist for the “Animaze Festival” Animation Film Festival in Hollywood. She also worked as a publicist the Hollywood Green Film Festival, organizing show talent, managing celebrities for the green carpet and VIP private dinner event, in addition to other film festivals like the Hollywood Black Film Festival and the LA Downtown Film Festival. She also created and wrote the screenplay “Crash-Pads,” a project centered around the lives of flight Attendants & Pilots.
In 2009, Charlotte transitioned to the Music Industry as Co-Owner and COO - Co-Creator/Co-Producer and Promoter of numerous concerts and events with Jadar Entertainment. She has taken the company to a new level within the entertainment industry. As a creative visionary and innovator her professional background and key accomplishments include:
- Event Creation & Production: She created and developed the Jadar Island Escape travel event, and the Independent Film/Music Conference. She also co-produced numerous concerts and exclusive events, such as the Checkers' rooftop and Elevate Penthouse. She implemented red carpet roll-outs and filming concerts/events.
- Artist & Talent Management: She managed artists, booked talent, and negotiated contracts.
- Strategic Partnerships: Acted as a primary liaison between promoters and partners across the music, cruise, and travel industries, branding the company and its logo through festivals and venues.
- Business Development: As a rainmaker, she initiated business opportunities that established income streams and partnerships.
- Marketing & Communications: She created Jadar website's content lingo/pictures, press releases, event flyers, built email database, created event itineraries, and comprehensive proposal packages for sponsors, investors, partners, and a business portfolio.
