Born and raised in the city of Chicago, Charlotte started her career in the Beauty industry as a local Model and Makeup Artist. She was crowned Homecoming Queen in her senior year and during her acceptance speech, she told the audience she was going to travel the world to broaden her horizon, and in 1986 she set out to make that happen. She moved to California and  transitioned into the Travel industry as an International Flight Attendant for (2 )Major Commercial Airlines, Trans World Airlines {AKA} TWA and American Airlines. She also worked as a Charter Flight Attendant for Ryan International and Lex Air Gulf-Stream Private-Jet as a Private/Corporate Flight Attendant for her Billionaire Clients. In those days, it was a rare sight to see a woman of color around a private FBO (Fixed Based Operator) in America and Abroad.  She enjoyed traveling the Globe, visiting beautiful islands/countries, experiencing different cultures, establishing friendships from all walks of life, savoring worldwide delectable cuisines, 5 Star resorts, islands, villas, suites, private jets, and yachting/cruising the seas. Charlotte always proclaimed, "getting paid to travel the world like a 'Jet-Setter was the cherry on top!"

In 2003, She hung up her Flight Attendant Wings, and became an Entrepreneur, President & CEO of

“A Taylor-Made Affair.” Charlotte's "Social Butterfly" personality and background was a natural progression for upscale events and affairs. The Taylor-Made Affair Team of Event Planners/Producers specialized in private, corporate and wedding events. In addition, Charlotte also coordinated the Beverly Hills Modeling Troupe Fashion Shows and garnered Models, Stylists, Designers & Makeup Artists.

In 2006, she eventually progressed to the Entertainment Industry by way of a Makeup Artist for an Independent horror film “The Curse” as well as, an Associate Producer with Penne Films. After the experience of her first film, she went on to freelance, create and produced various film projects. She worked as an Executive Producer on the documentary “Racing Awareness” with Vision Films. She worked as a Publicist for the film “The Seedling” with Illumination Light Productions, lead Actress, and garnered sponsors. She collaborated with Ostrow & Co, as a Film Scout for marketing and distribution. She marketed and advertised the critically acclaimed film “Skins” in the USA Markets. Charlotte was the Co-Creator and Publicist for the “Animaze” Animation Film Festival. She worked as a Publicist and organized show talent for the Green Film Festival and celebrities for the green carpet VIP private dinner event, in addition to other film festivals such as Hollywood Black Film Festival and the LA Downtown Film Festival. She also created and wrote the screenplay “Crash-Pads” about the lifestyle of  flight Attendants & Pilots.

In 2009, Charlotte transitioned to the Music Industry, as Co-Owner/COO,  Co-Creator/Co-Producer/Promoter of  numerous concerts and events with Jadar Entertainment.  Building the company's brand, she created the Jadar Island Escape travel event and the Independent Film/Music Conference, co-produced concerts, Checkers' rooftop and Elevate Penthouse events. As a Creative Visionary, Innovator, Event Producer and Promoter, she managed artists, booked and negotiated artists and talent contracts, implemented red carpet events, garnered film crews, initiated contacts and was the liaison between promoters and partners in the music, cruises, wineries and travel industries.  She created and developed press releases, event itineraries, business portfolios/investors/sponsorship/partnership proposals packages.  She branded and marketed the company and the logo in partnerships and sponsorships of music festivals, cruises, wineries and exclusive venues. As a rainmaker, she initiated business opportunities and connections which produced various income streams and established business partnerships.

As an experienced Event Producer/Promoter and Expert in the travel and entertainment industries.
